North Texas Bookstore Crawl returns for second year featuring 33 locations<\/strong><\/p>\n The Second Annual North Texas Bookstore Crawl runs throughout August and features 33 independently owned bookstores. This year\u2019s event runs Aug. 1-31 and includes bookstores from Grapevine, Plano, McKinney, Denton and Fort Worth. Throughout August, individuals can pick up a passport from participating bookstores or download one online and collect stamps across North Texas.<\/p>\n 3. 39-acre development moves forward after Prosper residents weigh in<\/strong><\/p>\n A 39.2-acre commercial and light industrial development planned for the northeast corner of University Drive and Lovers Lane is making headway in Prosper. Arches installed over Richardson\u2019s US 75 DART bridge, lighting additions underway<\/strong><\/p>\n Two steel arches were installed over US 75 in Richardson as part of Dallas Area Rapid Transit\u2019s Silver Line bridge. The final arch was completed July 27, but lighting installation will be ongoing over the next two months, according to a news release from the city. The arches span up to 80 feet over US 75 alongside the Silver Line bridge, located just south of President George Bush Turnpike.<\/p>\n
