Each week combines hands-on golf instruction with recovery-based discussions focused on skills such as patience, emotional regulation, decision-making and building positive routines.<\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"3\">Participants begin with foundational golf techniques and progress toward real on-course experience while developing confidence and stronger support networks. Organizers said the program is designed to create a consistent and encouraging environment where meaningful change can happen both on and off the course.<\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"4\">Each session connects golf fundamentals with core principles of recovery. Through guided instruction, group conversations and practice, participants explore how skills like patience, consistency, mindfulness and decision-making on the golf course can translate into everyday life.<\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"5\">Life In the Fairway leaders said the program is about more than learning how to play golf.
