A man makes an error and is blackmailed.\u00a0This stripper is different because she had the audacity to file a lawsuit, pushing the blackmail to another level,\u201d his attorney, Bruce Barket, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.com\/news\/article-16034831\/stripper-long-island-doctor-lawsuit-affair.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">told the Daily Mail<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Kissoon accused the doctor, who lives in a $900,000 home in Greenlawn, Suffolk County, of instigating the affair and promising to start a new life with her, before bringing the force of the law down on her after she told his 34-year-old wife Nicole about it.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s not just that she thought she was going to have a better life. She found out she wasn\u2019t going to have that, and then Keith brought the whole legal system and judicial and police force on her,\u201d Kissoon\u2019s attorney, Michael Treanor, told the Daily Mail.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe\u2019s done nothing wrong but have a relationship with Mr. Hoerning,\u201d he said, adding that the legal fallout had cost Kissoon her day job at a healthcare facility, forced her to seek counselling, and left her emotionally devastated.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Keith Hoerning, 51, and his wife, Nicole, 34. Nicole Hoerning \/ Facebook<\/p>\n<p>The alleged affair began in late 2024 when Dr. Hoerning introduced himself to Kissoon at a Long Island strip club, before bombarding her with calls and text messages, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n<p>It allegedly turned intimate in February 2025, and by late October, the pair were allegedly seeing each other multiple times a week and communicating every day, according to the filings.<\/p>\n<p>In messages, Hoerning allegedly told Kissoon, \u201cI love you,\u201d \u201cI will give you what you want,\u201d and \u201cI will find a way,\u201d while also sending her money, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n<p>Kissoon, 39, claims in a lawsuit filed in Suffolk County Supreme Court that Dr. Hoerning, 51, began pursuing her romantically after the pair met at a Long Island gentlemen\u2019s club in late 2024. Rosana Kissoon \/ Facebook<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe had made promises to her that he was leaving her, and that they would have a happy life together,\u201d Treanor said.<\/p>\n<p>But on May 15, 2026, Kissoon was allegedly sent a cease-and-desist letter by Hoerning\u2019s lawyer, demanding she stop contacting him and his family, and threatening her with federal criminal prosecution if she didn\u2019t destroy evidence of their relationship.<\/p>\n<p>Despite that, on May 17, Hoerning allegedly resumed contact with Kissoon, sending her a personal family photograph over WhatsApp, the complaint alleges.<\/p>\n<p>Kissoon accused the doctor, who lives in a $900,000 home in Greenlawn, Suffolk County, of instigating the affair and promising to start a new life with her. Dr. Keith Hoerning \/ LinkedIn<\/p>\n<p>On May 24, he allegedly messaged her again, writing \u201cSo hot!
