Meet the chef running a tiny pizzeria in the trunk of a car<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/1786340979_500_author_avatar.png\" width=\"48\" height=\"48\" alt=\"Jeff Stitt\" loading=\"lazy\"\/><strong class=\"css-ncbpmr\">(Photo\/video: WABC via CNN Newsource) \u2014<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"0\">A New York City chef is turning heads and making mouths water after turning the trunk of a tiny two-seater Smart Car into a curbside pizzeria, serving customers on the go.<\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"1\"><a target=\"_blank\">WABC<\/a> and CNN&#8217;s Jeremy Roth reported that Bradley Alvelo makes pizzas in the trunk and uses portable generators for power, drawing attention for his unusual setup.<\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"2\">The innovative chef\u2019s portable approach to the business \u2014 known as Pizza Pod \u2014  has helped him build a name in the city and on social media, which has translated to attracting business.<\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"3\">On <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/pizzapodnyc?utm_source=ig_web_button_share_sheet&amp;igsh=ZDNlZDc0MzIxNw==\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">its Instagram page<\/a>, Pizza Pod refers to itself as NYC\u2019s Smallest Pizzeria and says it provides a &#8220;mobile stone-fired pizza experience&#8221; and is available to be <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pizzapodnyc.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">booked <\/a>for events.<\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"4\">Pizza Pod&#8217;s website states that the idea for the tiny, mobile pizza shop &#8220;started with a simple idea,&#8221; which is to &#8220;bring real New York pizza anywhere.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/www.instagram.com\/embed.js\"><\/script><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Could it be NYC&#8217;s tiniest pizza shop?
