Fast Forever <\/p>\n
During a recent interview with THR<\/a>, Louis Leterrier confirmed he\u2019s still contracted to direct Fast Forever, but \u201ccannot wait\u201d for the film to enter production much longer.<\/p>\n No, I love Fast. I worked very hard in coming up with the idea for the end and everything. I was so lucky to be a part of the franchise. So I can\u2019t wait, but I also cannot wait. Directors don\u2019t idle well, so I have to direct. (Leterrier snaps fingers a few times to signify how he needs to keep directing projects.) I created a studio in Europe. We wrote and shot a season of Lupin, my show in Europe. I did two movies [The Last House and Liminal], and I\u2019m doing another one. So I cannot wait. But I love this franchise, and I hope we get to finish in the best way possible.<\/p>\n No, I\u2019m contracted. [If] we go, we go. We\u2019re lucky to be having a great year [at the box office], but it\u2019s different now. Movies have evolved and tastes have evolved and the box office has evolved. So we have to align our budgetary needs to the reality of the box office. We know that, and it\u2019s fine. Everybody does that. It\u2019ll be fine.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n Puppet Master <\/p>\n In the foreword to his new book Horror Puppet<\/a> (via Comic Book<\/a>), Charles Band revealed a second Puppet Master remake is now in development at Blumhouse.<\/p>\n We finally closed a deal with Blumhouse, the biggest name in what\u2019s left of the horror world. It was a lucrative option deal for them to make a big reboot of Puppet Master. A movie, yes, and possibly a series as well. Best of all, I get to hold onto all my Puppet Master stuff the movies and the merch. Honestly, I can\u2019t wait to see what they come up with.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n Hope <\/p>\n Plus M Entertainment has released four new character posters from Na Hong-jin\u2019s Hope.<\/p>\n Untitled Vampire Series <\/p>\n In conversation with THR<\/a>, Ryan Murphy revealed he\u2019s filming a new series based on an undisclosed vampire novel this December in Europe.<\/p>\n The next thing I\u2019m doing, I start shooting December in Europe \u2014 I\u2019ve always wanted to do a vampire story and I always wondered why nobody has made a show about these characters I love [from a book and movie adaptation]. So that\u2019s the next thing I\u2019m going to tackle.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n American Horror Story <\/p>\n In the same interview with THR<\/a>, Murphy also confirmed there will likely be more American Horror Story after its blockbuster thirteenth season.<\/p>\n I have a great passion for that show, and [FX boss] John Landgraf has a great passion for that show. It\u2019s a very important show in my career.
