PHOENIX (AZFamily)<\/b> \u2014 Another round of monsoon storms rolled into the Valley overnight, knocking down trees and leaving hundreds without power Tuesday morning. <\/p>\n
Downed trees and debris littered parts of north Phoenix, including the Paradise Valley Mall area. Trees were blocking roads along Paradise Village Parkway and Cactus Road<\/a>. A viewer shared video of a tree that knocked over fencing to an apartment near 40th Street and Thunderbird Road<\/a>. <\/p>\n As of 5 a.m. Tuesday, over 1,100 APS customers are without power in the north Phoenix area. The area affected is Hearn Road to Cactus Road, and 40th Street to Tatum Boulevard. <\/p>\n In Goodyear, nearly 500 APS customers are without power from Yuma Road to Siesta Way, and Cotton Lane to 115th Avenue. The impacted area is 83rd Avenue to 63rd Avenue, and Camelback Road to Osborn Road. <\/p>\n Nearly 1,300 customers in the Tolleson-west Phoenix are are also without power from 103rd Avenue to 71st Avenue, and Lower Buckeye Road to Baseline Road.
