The ZIP code 77396 saw the largest percentage increase of 8.7%\u2014going from $299,000 to $325,000.Of the homes that sold in June in Lake Houston, 63% of them were priced between $200,000-$399,999.<strong>Also of note<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In three of the six ZIP codes in the Lake Houston area, the average time homes spent on the market decreased year over year in June.
