Now, before you run down and look at the first, second, and third strings, re-read that opening sentence.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s put together by the Bears\u2019 communications team, so the coaches were not consulted. Hence the \u201cunofficial\u201d designation. Just like we shouldn\u2019t get worked up over practice reps \u2014 we talking \u2018bout practice \u2014 we shouldn\u2019t get worked up over a preseason depth chart compiled by some Bears staffer giving his best guess.<\/p>\n
Also, the depth charts list injured players who have practiced, but not anyone on the PUP list, since they haven\u2019t been on the field yet.<\/p>\n
