Where to watch in Northern California<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/1786596920_653_author_avatar.png\" width=\"48\" height=\"48\" alt=\"Jennifer Parsons\" loading=\"lazy\"\/><\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"0\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kcra.com\/article\/perseid-meteor-shower-a-dazzling-summer-light-show-peaks-this-week\/73403835\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Perseid meteor shower<\/a> will peak overnight on Wednesday into Thursday morning. <\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"1\">But there will be scattered clouds that could obscure viewing at times in Northern California, according to our weather team. Conditions should be better to catch the Perseids on Thursday night. <\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"2\">The Perseid is considered the best meteor shower to watch. The peak time to watch is before dawn. <\/p>\n<p>This content is imported from infogram.
