He died at the scene.<\/p>\n<p>Medics rushed a 13-year-old boy grazed in the torso to St. Barnabas Hospital in stable condition, police said.<\/p>\n<p>Riley lived in an apartment just under a mile away from the building where he was killed, according to police.<\/p>\n<p>There were no immediate arrests.<\/p>\n<p>This is a developing story.
