A huge crowd of jubilant PSG supporters gathered near the Eiffel Tower on Sunday to celebrate their team’s second Champions League title victory. Thousands of people celebrated across France throughout the night but the parties were blighted by incidents, clashes with police, vandalism, a deadly road accident and hundreds of arrests, according to authorities.
