‘I don’t recognise caricature of Britain having a two-tier justice system’, says justice secretary

The justice secretary has told Sky News that he does not recognise the “caricature” of Britain having a “two-tier criminal justice system”.

His comments come after the US State Department posted on X about the murder of Henry Nowak and called for “ideological conditioning and two-tiered policing” to be “rejected across the West”.

Speaking to Sky’s Kamali Melbourne, David Lammy also urged Elon Musk to “stay out” of UK politics after the tech billionaire tweeted about the teenager’s murder more than 100 times.
