Sky News goes inside space lab designing the new moon suit

Sky News has been given rare access to go inside the space lab designing the new moon suit, which astronauts will wear when landing on the Moon during Artemis 4, as early as 2028. NASA has selected a private company, Axiom Space, to do the first major redesign of a spacesuit in 50 years.

You may remember how restrictive Apollo-era suits were, astronauts often struggled to move naturally, leading to those iconic but awkward hops and falls on the lunar surface. This new design offers much more mobility and fit for a more diverse astronaut class.
