A trend of pets hugging giant vegetable has gone viral in China. Pet owners are using this unusual technique to keep their furry friends cool during the hot summer. The most popular choice being winter melons, also known as wax gourds. They contain a lot of water, which means they stay cooler for longer. Parts of China, like Chongqing, are expected to reach 40-42°C this weekend.
