Hundreds of homes damaged after tornado tears through French village
About 300 homes have been damaged and dozens of people injured after a tornado hit the French village of Pomas, in the foothills of the Pyrenees.
Rescue teams are carrying out searches after homes were left in ruins, while emergency accommodation has been set up for residents and many continue to experience power outages.
