Assisted dying vote looms as hospice bosses warn of ‘national emergency’
MPs will once again vote on the assisted dying bill later this week after running out of time in the last parliament.
The prime minister, who has said he won’t vote to avoid influencing MPs, had previously said fixing palliative and social care should be done first.
Sky News has been given access to a hospice where bosses say the end-of-life care crisis in the UK is now a national emergency.
