Lorry drivers FEAR as they’re “BLAMED” for migrants illegally crossing the channel HIDING in HGVs
Two experienced lorry drivers have told GB News how they feel they’re treated like criminals as the number of migrants illegally entering Britain through HGVs rises.
Edwin Eosveld, who has been a lorry driver for 23 years, told GB News’ Will Godley how two illegal migrants broke into his vehicle as he took a break on his way to Calais, revealing that we was detained by the authorities as a result.
Meanwhile Welco Veen, a lorry driver of four decades, admitted he was worried they would break into his, saying: “I’m blamed when they stop me… What can I do? Nothing.”
