The WHO said that the virus has spread beyond DR Congo, with two confirmed cases reported in neighbouring Uganda. Ugandan officials said a 59-year-old man who died on Thursday had tested positive.

Reeta Chakrabarti presents BBC News at Ten reporting by Joe Inwood and James Gallagher.

Subscribe to our channel here: https://bbc.in/bbcnews

For the latest news download the BBC News app or visit BBC.com/news

#BBCNews

Deadly Ebola virus outbreak is “a health emergency of international concern” says WHO | BBC News The World…

[6
33,29416,29428,176,234,29402,236,29290,29415,20974,8147,2288,5358,220,193,7295,5438,29423,1436,5387,3660,25947,14967,76,29398,29419,20459,29417,227,28187,29425,29420,1186,23724,1243,6975,29427,29426,31,21044,3485,29418,2290,29429,29424,218,18680,29421,29413,29414,24684,25630,219,29422,1087,12792,23961,2130,197,23080,15672,23678,29404,24009,8042,178,235
post-28155","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-bbc-news","tag-africa","tag-agency","tag-bacteria","tag-bbc","tag-bbc-news","tag-bleeding","tag-breaking-news","tag-bundibugyo","tag-cases","tag-concern","tag-congo","tag-covid","tag-crisis","tag-danger","tag-dead","tag-deadly","tag-deaths","tag-diarrhoea","tag-doctors","tag-drc","tag-drugs","tag-ebola","tag-emergency","tag-europe","tag-fatal","tag-fatigue","tag-fear","tag-fever","tag-global","tag-goma","tag-haemorrhage","tag-headache","tag-health","tag-ill","tag-international","tag-kinshasa","tag-lab","tag-lethal","tag-news","tag-organisation","tag-outbreak","tag-pain","tag-pandemic","tag-plague","tag-rash","tag-risk","tag-sick","tag-sore","tag-spread","tag-spreading","tag-strain","tag-symptoms","tag-threat","tag-throat","tag-travel","tag-treatment","tag-uganda","tag-un","tag-us","tag-vaccine","tag-vaccines","tag-virus","tag-vomiting","tag-warn","tag-warning","tag-world","tag-world-news
["GET
