Makerfield by-election polls suggest a tight two-horse race between Reform UK&#8217;s candidate Robert Kenyon and Labour candidate Andy Burnham. <\/p>\n<p>But there is another party changing the race: Rupert Lowe&#8217;s Restore Britain, and its candidate Rebecca Shepherd.
