It\u2019s Elle,\u201d Connor, then 30, told him.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Edwards\u2019s 26-year-old daughter, a dental nurse and beautician who had been celebrating Christmas Eve at a pub, had been shot in the head with a submachine gun.<\/p>\n<p>He believes he covered the 7.6 miles to Arrowe Park Hospital, Birkenhead, in three minutes.
