It was a decision, he says, that world leaders in attendance should have taken sooner.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs president of the most extraordinary nation in history, I have no interest in leaving dangers to grow for another day. I do not believe in letting problems fester; they only become harder to solve,\u201d he said<\/p>\n<p>In a sign of Mr Trump\u2019s need to sell this war, he is sticking remarkably close to script.
