Latvian Television's 'Studio 4' program has reported an extraordinary and distressing case in which a man responsible for a deadly drunk driving crash escaped prison due to the incompetence of law enforcement.
This again proves how bad the police are. They keep surprising me more and more every day. Seeing things like this that could only be normal in undeveloped countries makes me think what the next level in Latvia

He was released 8 days later.
American police, Russian police it doesn’t matter.
All that matters is it low trust or high trust society.
Low trust societies have higher levels of crime, that’s it.
Literally nothing else.

Guy kills 3 people and only gets 6 years. That sentence is so insulting that they might as well not bother sending him to prison at all.
