Full on judge dredd/mad max world by 2030. The inequality is simply unreal now.
Thats £400 below median take-home pay.
Obviously you go smaller if you’re a single person or have two incomes in a couple but really a startling percentage.
Is it across all properties regardless of size? Interesting to see a separate per bedroom count.
