Please help! Any idea the process if picking up a car through Sixt? I am currently in Molde, the email doesnt say how to get the keys, and both numbers shown here are busy!

You call the number, tell then your rental number, the location number and they send a signal to the box to open a door where your keys are. I’d keep trying the number, but if it doesn’t work then you may have to look online for a number.
You ask Avis, Hertz or Europcar if they have a number or if they can call. Worked there for a year and someone had the same problem (back then if was a different company), I called and they answered after a few rings. I wasn’t busy and wanted to help.
