Statement:

Door deze Luxemburgse licentie is RTL Nederland verplicht om een half uur per dag Luxemburgse tv uit te zenden. Dat doet RTL Nederland bij RTL 5 met RTL De Journal, dat iedere ochtend tussen 5.30 en 6.00 uur te zien is. Voorheen heette dit programma Hei elei kuck elei.
Translation: Together with RTL 4, RTL 7 and RTL 8, RTL 5 forms the RTL channels RTL Nederland, part of the Luxembourg-based RTL Group. This Luxembourgish licence* obliges RTL Nederland to broadcast half an hour of Luxembourg TV a day. RTL Nederland does that at RTL 5 with RTL De Journal, which can be seen every morning between 5.30 and 6.00. Previously, this programme was called Hei elei kuck elei.
*Correction: Operating under a Luxembourg government issued broadcasting license, rather than Dutch government issued one.
