What are you supposed to when you dock a vel’OH! and it just gets stuck like this?

The light goes yellow for very long, then red. You can’t unlock the bike but the app still says your ride is ongoing. This issue is getting pretty fucking annoying.
Reach out to customer care. They’re very helpful and will cancel your ride for you
