My country Malawi on top👆
Too bad it’s dominated by Alma and Sanoma, and sometimes it feels like most major newspapers copy-paste the same stories. Especially regarding international events and politics. I guess it doesn’t have much to do with press freedom per se, but the current state of the media is more than unfortunate.Â
I been getting into the news in Finland, but mostly Yle. I wonder if there is true investigative journalism in Finland. Like Boston Globe’s Spotlight series. I an guessing there might be very few scandals in Finland, but it always good to make sure to keep things in check.
Muh freedom.
Ignorance is bliss here. We have bunch of freedom as long as it follows the political guidelines set by the people owning our news companies.
