Don’t read too much into this. Russia is still flush with combat supplies and is only producing more as the war continues.
This military production mobilization should be a clue to the west they need to get their productive capacity moving. Cut the bureaucracy and get it done.

I think Russia is a permanent shit show, never seems to get a break, but often most of it is home grown.
I commend Russia with donating so much scrap metal to Ukraine. They will need it to rebuild.
It’s all completely self-inflicted. All he has to do is join the civilized world in the 21st century; Russia is huge with a lot of valuable natural resources, it could be very prosperous.
