That was your conclusion use your critical thinking skills the sobering reality, of 85 individuals owning as much as the entire poorer half of the human, global population combined, leads me to deduce, they’re not emotionally “human”. Whatever else the ruling elite may be, they’re misanthropic, malignant narcissist, malthusian megalomaniacs, whose insatiable greed & utterly selfish lust for luxury & power, gets justified as a Darwinian Imperative & manifest destiny. Humans are mammals, born naturally enthusiastic, curious & creative problem solvers, who could cheerfully follow their higher, empathic potential & noble ideals. Society is set up, to justify & excuse, the lowest common denominator of selfish opportunism, gloryfying ruthless exploitation, for the elite’s exclusive benefit.
