Rimini Street has secured a series of industry awards for its pioneering work in agentic AI for enterprise resource planning, customer service performance, and executive leadership. The company, which specialises in third-party support for Oracle, SAP, and VMware software, received honours from the Tech Ascension Awards, the Top Tech Awards in Las Vegas, and the Globee Awards for Impact.
In addition to these corporate accolades, the company highlighted the individual recognition of a client executive at Hitachi Vantara, who received an award through the Info-Tech Research Group. These combined honours underscore Rimini Street’s commitment to integrating autonomous AI agents into enterprise environments and its success in delivering high-level service and leadership across the technology sector.
AI award
Rimini Street won a Tech Ascension Award in the AI-powered Enterprise (Agent) Solution of the Year category. The programme said it recognises technology products and services that address industry challenges and deliver business value.
“The winners embody the power of AI to drive meaningful change,” said David Campbell, CEO of the Tech Ascension Awards. “From reimagining enterprise workflows to empowering SMBs with intelligent automation, these solutions demonstrate how AI can deliver scale, precision, and innovation while addressing the real-world challenges organizations face today.”
Leadership recognition
Rimini Street Chief Executive Seth Ravin received the Top Tech of the Year Award at the Top Tech Awards in Las Vegas. The awards marked their fifteenth year and focus on leaders and organisations that contribute to the technology sector and the local economy through their work.
The company cited Ravin’s role in shaping its service offerings. It referenced an AI-powered service platform and third-party support for Oracle, SAP, VMware and other systems. It also pointed to its customer-facing processes and service approach.
Customer service
Rimini Street was named a “Best of Category” winner for Customer Service Team of the Year in the Globee Awards for Impact. The organisers describe the programme as a global awards scheme that assesses organisations and individuals across leadership, social responsibility, innovation and sustainable business practices.
The company said the awards process used evaluation by independent industry experts and peers. It also highlighted service metrics it associates with support for critical issues, including a guaranteed response time.
“I’m truly honoured for Rimini Street to be recognised by the Tech Ascension, Top Tech and Globee Award committees. These achievements reflect our unwavering commitment to a client-first culture, as well as our leadership in delivering mission-critical enterprise software support, managed services and Agentic AI ERP solutions,” said Seth Ravin, CEO, Rimini Street.
“We’re also incredibly excited to bring our latest wave of innovation to market – Rimini Agentic UX Solutions – redefining what’s possible with ERP today, enabling clients to accelerate transformation, orchestrate cross-application workflows and achieve meaningful business outcomes without the cost, risk or disruption of traditional ERP upgrades or migrations,” said Ravin.
Client award
Rimini Street also highlighted recognition for one of its customers, Gauri Kapur, the Vice President of Corporate Applications and Data Analytics at Hitachi Vantara. Kapur was named a winner in the Women Leading IT category at the Info-Tech Awards, presented by the Info-Tech Research Group.
The Women Leading IT category recognises leadership in technology transformation within organisations and across the IT industry, according to the award programme. Rimini Street said it nominated Kapur and described her work as aligning technology strategy with business goals.
“We at Rimini Street extend our heartfelt congratulations to our client, Gauri Kapur of Hitachi Vantara, on being named a Women Leading IT award recipient by Info-Tech,” said Nancy Lyskawa, EVP and chief client officer, Rimini Street. “Gauri is an inspiring leader who champions inclusion, empowers women in technology, and drives meaningful change across the global IT community. It’s an honour to work with incredible clients like Gauri who not only transform technology but also create a lasting impact on people and culture.”
Market positioning
Rimini Street positions itself as a provider of enterprise software support and managed services, with a focus on third-party support for large business application vendors. The company also describes a set of “Agentic AI ERP” offerings, including what it calls “Rimini Agentic UX Solutions”.
Rimini Street said it has signed thousands of IT service contracts across large enterprises, midmarket organisations and the public sector. It also said customers have used its approach to generate savings and fund further technology initiatives, including AI projects.
Rimini Street expects to take its Rimini Agentic UX Solutions to market as its next product wave, alongside its established support and managed services business.
