Some east Europe. He kinda sounds like Marcel Reich-Ranicki wo was born in Poland so something like that.

Klaus Johannis is a known face, so it’s hard to give you a sincere answer. If I didn’t know, I would probably answer “eastern Europe, not Russian”.
Eastern European for sure, but I’m not familiar enough with the different languages there to place it more exactly.
