WRITER’s Executive Changes Highlight Busy 2026
Over the past year, WRITER has built out its enterprise leadership bench, naming three first-time C-suite executives: Eric Freeman as chief information security officer (Aug. 21, 2025), Mina Alaghband as chief customer officer (Jan. 14) and Brian O’Reilly as chief operating officer (Feb. 24). O’Reilly is charged with unifying product, sales, marketing and customer success across enterprise accounts including AstraZeneca, Currys and Vodafone.
On the partnership front, Perficient became WRITER’s first 360-degree partner on Aug. 28, 2025, pairing WRITER’s agentic platform with Perficient’s implementation capabilities for Global 2000 clients.
The company has shipped a steady cadence of agentic capabilities, starting with a new AI Agent experience in November 2025 featuring Playbooks, Routines, Connectors and Personality tools. At AWS re:Invent, WRITER added an agent supervision suite and native Amazon Bedrock integration, giving customers access to Bedrock models alongside its proprietary Palmyra models under shared governance. March 2026 brought Agent Skills and Playbooks with a library of more than 200 enterprise-specific Skills.
More recent releases push toward autonomous, always-on automation. Event-Based Triggers, launched April 30, let agents act on signals from Gmail, Slack, Gong and other platforms without human prompts. WRITER followed on May 28 with brand governance infrastructure that enforces voice, terminology and style guidelines across marketing workflows.
Agentic AI’s ROI Case in Marketing & CX
Agentic AI is shifting from pilot to production, delivering measurable cost and speed gains across marketing, sales and customer service workflows.
Unlike traditional chatbots, agentic systems reason, plan and execute multi-step tasks independently. Governed orchestration is emerging as the design standard. Organizations report 28% faster issue resolution, and omnichannel deployments cut costs by up to 30%.
