UBS is a recidivist, and FinCEN proved it with its latest order, in which it fined the company $125 million for a string of anti-money laundering issues.
Andrea Gacki, FinCEN’s Director, is due to leave the agency for Citi. Could this be her swan song? If so, it’s a good one!
