1. Vacants are vacant for a reason, and many should be demolished and replaced by new structures.

   Our cities aren’t meant to be museums.

2. If they hadn’t it would have either sat derelict and they’d eventually have had to demolish anyway, or something cowboy would have filled it will tenants and something much worse could have happened.

3. good opportunity to knock em down and build some modern apartment townhouses
