  2. No issue with the state buying the land, but I suspect the state is the only viable buyer and the €7m guide price was just to make €2m seem like a bargain.

  4. Buying it just because its for sale is crazy.

    If the state hashm a plan to do something with it them they should buy it, otherwise they should stay out of the speculating business.

  6. That’s like 16 bike sheds? Which could be rewildened to provide a lasting legacy.
