  1. Always has been kg, same as watermelon. Is these any fruit sold per piece?

    Veggis yes.

  2. I guess it depends on variety, what store you’re at etc

  3. I always bought it per kilo. But I remember the first time when I confused per kilo to per piece.

  4. I always bought per piece. For a couple of months its per kilogram. Looks Like same price but is more than doubled since.

  5. I’ve always bought it per piece as well, recently I’ve been seeing them being sold per Kg though. I think it goes a hand in hand with inflation. They’re trying to squeeze as much as they can from customers.

  6. It depends. When they are all pretty much the same size, the store sells them per piece. If they vary too much in size and weight, they will sell it per kilo

  7. Pretty normal.

You also don’t pay your coffee beans per piece but per weight.

And so with cheese and bread and flesh, and apples, and oranges and pretty much any commodity.

  8. Yeah thats new. Also pn watermelons. Wanted to buy one recently, got rang up for 7€. For one single watermelpn

  9. About 2 months now. Nobody understands this change.
