The region would be NORTH not south, if you want to call it Morava, but truth told, technically (and in reality) it is Moravian-Silesian part of the Czech republic. Even better like Silesian.

That is obviously Novy Jicin, east Asia
I lived there for a year, in 1997/1998. Lovely town, beautiful area, the Beskyd Mountains are amazing.
