I do think there might come to a point where the government may have to introduce certain forced redundancy measures for top level positions, and forced retirements for older workers whom are financially stable, just for the sake of keeping career ladders climbable and the ability for people to get on the first rung, particularly for younger people entering the workforce, as this will only continue to compound and get worse.
I’m sorry but that the fuck? The national minimum wage is a joke as it is considering cost of living is astronomically high but yet they’re trying to villainise the employees for wanting a decent wage.
