I don’t care how “reformed” you are, if you rape someone you should never see the light of day again
Imo, rape and paedophilia are the only crimes you can’t reform because they’re the only crimes that are inexcusable. You can kill in self defence, commit arson because you need insurance money, steal to feed yourself etc. but there is no justifiable reason for rape. It should be a life sentence.
Thoughts are with the victims in these cases.
To be fair to the people making these decisions, this person was obviously a criminal mastermind. After all, who could have predicted that someone would get around restrictions that required their phone to be checked regularly by getting a second phone?
