I think what’s sad is that a lot of people will jump on this one example and use it to justify how most rape accusations are false when that clearly isn’t the case.
Perverting the course of justice is a serious offence, and she got what she deserved. Byt far too many are just going to use her case as an excuse
Right, the crime was basically lying in court and not actually the fact she’s ruined multiple men’s lives. Still perfectly legal to accuse someone of rape as long as you don’t try to get them charged.

Feel very sorry for the men unjustly accused, it must have been a terrible ordeal, but this should not change the need for reform on how sexual crimes are handled.
