I've been getting calls from weird Lithuanian numbers ever since late summer of last year despite not being Lithuanian nor living near Lithuania (I'm on the other side of Europe completely). I did go to Lithuania though if that has any revelence, but that was after the calls started.
I will admit that curiosity got the best of me and I did call them back (as bad as that might be if theyre scammers, because now I might be seen as a potential 'client'). But, concern aside, the bottom three rang but didn't pick up as well as had no voicemail box. And the one at the top when I tried to call it had an answering machine that said "the number is vacant please call your own number directory service for further information" which is like wtf if they're the one calling me.
Anyways, does anybody have any info on these numbers?

You can try searching kienonumeris or telnumeriai, and see for the comments. But its scammers anyway. Mind me asking who did you gave your number to while being in Lithuania?
Scammers. The last one might be deactivated or spoofed number due to their scamming nature
Scammers. In lithuania we also get all sorts of scam calls whose phone number can be shown as lithuanian or any other country (uk, germany, latvia etc.). Mainly the caller speaks russian. We just block those or ignore
These are not weird numbers it is how lithuanian country numbers looks like
