Gisele Bündchen has made no secret of her love of exercise and movement. Who can forget her super-inspiring Instagram message a few months ago encouraging all of her followers to move their bodies more?
The 45-year-old Brazilian supermodel certainly practices what she preaches, with the evidence very clearly visible thanks to her super-toned and enviable physique. We are still in awe after seeing pictures of her flat stomach just a few months after giving birth to her and husband Joaquim Valente‘s son at the start of last year!

Gisele Bündchen Shares ‘Amazing’ Pilates Routine On Instagram
The former Victoria’s Secret Angel may not be as active on social media as other celebs – or indeed her ex-husband – but she still treats fans to a glimpse into her life from time to time.
And her fans were certainly grateful when she posted a video of her “amazing” Pilates routine last month – the one she claims is partly responsible for her incredible figure, as well as for helping her with her core strength after giving birth to her third child. (She is also mom to son Benjamin, 16, and daughter Vivian, 13, both of whom she shares with ex-husband Tom Brady.)
In a rare, makeup-free video shared on Monday, February 23rd, the mom-of-three revealed her exact workout routine with her followers. Wearing a light gray ribbed tank top and dark gray leggings, with a glowing makeup-free complexion, Gisele told fans that she began the “five slow, intentional movements around eight weeks postpartum.”

Gisele Claims The Workout Helped Her Get Her Core Strength Back After Her Third Pregnancy
“I normally don’t do this here, but I really feel these exercises have been amazing,” the Nourish author confessed, giving followers a glimpse of her “personal postpartum experience and what worked for [her] body.”
“They’ve really helped me gain my core strength back after my third pregnancy. And I wish I knew them before, because I didn’t do them in my other pregnancies and I feel my core is much stronger now, and I’m 45, so I think they’re really good,” she said of the individual exercises that form the Pilates routine.
“And I wanted to share them with you because they might help you, too,” she added.
The routine itself is all about controlled, intentional movement. One of the first exercises she demonstrated in her video was a bear plank, followed by bear crawl jacks, where she held the same crouched position while jumping her legs out to further engage her core.
She also demonstrated a variation of hip dips, keeping her knees bent as she rotated her obliques from side to side for added control and stability. Returning to the bear position, she showed alternating foot taps to fire up the lower abs, before moving into another variation where she brought her knees in toward her face, intensifying the core engagement.
Throughout the short but challenging circuit, she emphasized the importance of breathwork, explaining that she consciously squeezed her abs every time she exhaled to properly activate her core.
The model admitted that the routine is incredibly tough at first, but said consistency made all the difference. Starting with just five sets, she gradually worked her way up to 20 as her strength improved!
