In the studio, they whipped up a wild mushroom risotto, a rich and earthy dish that’s just one of the highlights. Guests can also customize their meals with “stacking up” options, like adding as many scallops as you’d like for an extra indulgent touch.
For dessert, you’ll have a tough choice between their famous chocolate dome and a creamy cheesecake. Their goal? To deliver a simple yet modern American dining experience that feels both elevated and approachable.
