At YOGAqua, a stand up paddleboard Yoga studio operated out of Mothers Beach in Marina Del Rey, students are taken through a Vinyasa Yoga flow while on a paddleboard. And don’t worry about drifting off to sea, each board has an anchor that is dropped down before the Yoga portion of class to keep you as physically grounded as the mindfulness exercise will make you feel.
