August marks National Wellness Month and there is no better place to celebrate than in Los Angeles.
It comes as no surprise that L.A. is known for wellness culture. Between the beach, mountains and desert–all within driving distance of one another–there are plenty of ways to celebrate getting grounded, fit and healthy for the rest of the year.
Health, however, doesn’t need to be expensive! There are several wellness events focusing on physical and mental health taking place all across the city.
