A buoyant Ed Davey has hailed ‘fantastic’ Lib Dem election results after his party took control of Portsmouth city’s council.
He says: “It’s a fantastic result here in Portsmouth. Reform threw everything at it, but we’ve won; we’ve taken control of this council.”
“We’re really proud of what we’ve done here and across the country.”

NEVER forget that Ed Davey was energy minister under the coalition government who signed the country up to a terrible deal with EDF and once sacked from the job went on to lobby for….EDF. He has his snout in the trough as deep as anyone in Westminster. And thats before we mention his role in the Post Office scandal. Clown.
