Tragic as it is, Russia's bombing of civilian targets will never degrade Ukraine's capacity to wage war. In contrast, Ukraine's constant, unremitting assaults on Russian military/industrial hubs will, in the long term, bleed Russian war making capacity dry. Slava Ukraine 🇺🇦
