1. No at 18 isn't old enough in my opinion votes should be those who have kids work and own property

2. If you’re old enough to be affected by the government then you are old enough to be vote

3. To try to convince these youngsters to vote labour. Does that mean a 16 year old can be an MP.

6. So they want to impose social media restrictions on people under the age of 16 years old due to the harmful content on there but then turn round and few weeks later saying that once you reach 16 years old you can vote and have a say on who you want to run the country.
   If you can’t allow them the responsibility of social media, why are you giving them an even bigger responsibility that nearly 80%-85% of teens will have very little in-depth experience and knowledge about so will quite possibly end up making a choice that is either influenced by other people around them as most young people are still very impressionable at that age, or they’ll make a choice that they end up regretting which could knock them back further or they could succumb to the pressures that some people experience when facing these sort of life changing decisions and that could be detrimental to them in some way or another.

   Kier wants the younger generations to vote because he’s hoping that they will vote for him. That is why this is floating around parliament.

7. Ridiculous. The education system is already skewed. There is zero room to differing opinions.

8. Make it 21 and if you’re are 16-20 and employed you also get it.
