Trump’s foul-mouthed tirade warning Iran of coming deadline | BBC News
US President Donald Trump has issued an expletive filled threat against Iran if the Strait of Hormuz is not re-opened to shipping.
He is threatening to destroy Iran’s infrastructure, including power stations and bridges, acts that human rights organisations are warning would amount to war crimes. Trump reiterated his previous threat to unleash “hell” on Iran if it did not meet his deadline.
Earlier, he announced that a US airman missing in Iran, after his F-15 fighter jet was shot down, had been rescued in a daring military operation. The pilot had already been rescued by US forces.

I can imagine if we could take today’s BBC back in time they’d be against fighting the Austrian Painter too. Pathetic. Do better bbc.
The British people have lost control of their country. Thank God for Trump.
😂
Interesting language by president of the United States 😂
So a madman rant admitting more planned civilian war crimes! Invoke 25th amendment!!! Trump & Hegseth two lunatic sociopaths at the helm!
The man who shitting with mouth
What a jerk.
In any other situation, you’d just assume the account has been hacked, no way any sane person let alone president could write this nonsense and share it with the world. But here we are… 😅
Surely the Uk can't visit war criminals targeting infrastructures
the whole thing is a gigantic war crime from the beginning
Ah TACO wittle feelings hurt. Iran won't take him seriously. What are Tuesdays known for in America? TACOS 😂😂

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
So, we are getting a movie?
'An American warfighter' that's what they're going with these days? Jesus the US has become a joke.
Trump is a childish bullying thug at heart
I seriously think he has lost his mind. Too much pressure. He impulsively started this war, with complete arrogance, now he must pay the price. His legacy is now in tatters.
There cant be peace, there is nobody in the US the Iranians could talk to.
So he wants to bomb the infrastructure of the people ge claims he's saving?
I thought attacking a country's power plant was a war crime or does that rule only stand if Russia does it
Not impressed with the angle BBC has handled the narrative…
Not reporting it as unhinged instanity is journalistic malpractice.
