Burnham will 1. Begin devolution. 2. Initiate wealth/property taxes. 3. Precipitate remigration and emptying of the cities.

He was elected on lies broken promises. Hes the biggest liar we have ever had. Andy Burnham is starmer. Starmer and his cabal have been a disaster for the uk
He will go down in history as a great disappointment, like Brexit.
